Tracey has been part of our team since November 2003. She attended Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications. She has experience in office management and client relations and holds an Associate Financial Representatives license. Currently Tracey manages the office, arranges case preparation, and assists clients in policyowner services. Tracey lives in Crystal Lake with her husband, Tony and children, Kyle and Kailynn.
